Maria will be joined by Daily Drip Thought Leader Suzette Bravo, whose recent article, Inner Voice & the Illusion of Enough,  explores the “stories we tell ourselves”- the quiet lies that shape how we show up in the world, and more importantly, how we see ourselves.

In this 90-minute session, Maria and Suzette will lead our group discussion to explore why we let negative self-talk take the wheel, and how we can begin to dismantle these false narratives and achieve an authentic sense of self-worth.
