Join us Friday November 22nd on Zoom for a discussion on the traditions and values we cherish, the ones we choose to leave behind, and how this connects to our identity, purpose, and legacy.
This discussion will be co-led by Daily Drip Thought Leader Lisa Rigoli, who's recent article, Inner Critic, Shame, & The Forces that Shape Our Leadership Presence, dives deep into her childhood growing up as a first generation Jamaican American in Boca Raton, the early experiences that shaped her sense of self, and how they’ve impacted her leadership presence as an HR Consultant and as a parent.
Lisa will be joined by Daily Drip Thought Leader Rachelle Sylvain-Spence, whose recent article, Self-Discovery: The Quest for Why We Are, explores the transformative impact of her family’s pilgrimage to their ancestral home of Senegal, and the intricate threads that connect us to our past, our present, and our purpose in shaping the future.
In this 90-minute session, Lisa and Rachelle will lead our group discussion to explore the parts of our past that are living in our present, the aspects of our stories we choose to embrace, the traditions we hold on to, and why.
Join us on Zoom for this group discussion, where you can connect with our community of South Florida businesswomen, hear powerful stories, participate in meaningful conversation, and exchange valuable insights and perspectives!
