I am a director with CohnReznick and a team member of the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Industry Practice. I have 17 years of diversified experience in the areas of compliance, consulting, and tax planning for commercial real estate entities including residential and commercial property owners and operators, real estate developers, and private equity funds. I have assisted my clients with a variety of tax issues including tax structuring and planning for property acquisitions and dispositions, REIT qualification matters, transaction analysis and planning. My responsibilities include planning and managing various tax compliance and consulting engagements, training and supervising a team of tax professionals, as well as researching and analyzing tax treatment of transactions.
