I am a Founding Partner and Principal of CAP STRAT, an independent, fiduciary investment advisory firm founded in Chicago in 2003 and launched in South Florida in 2017.

I am also a Founder of the CAP STRAT Women’s Forum, a community established in 2015 to champion and support women's personal, professional, and financial success. Today, the Women’s Forum reaches 6000 professional women.

My leadership is a catalyst for engaging, educating, and amplifying women across diverse industries, professions, and stages of life, inspiring them to own their power and achieve financial freedom. My purpose in life is to serve others, and one way I fulfill this is by empowering women to embrace their financial strength, embody a positive money mindset, maintain their seat at the table, take decisive action toward financial independence for themselves and their future generations, and build a lasting and impactful legacy.

Together with my business partner, I have created and led hundreds of programs, both in person and virtually, on topics essential to women’s financial and overall well-being.

I deeply believe mentoring matters. For years, I have mentored other founders, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and high-potential women locally and across the country.

What lights me up is connecting with and being in community and conversation with dynamic, interesting, and talented women and guiding them to show up for themselves, focus on what matters most, and prioritize their own self-perception above all else.

My faith sustains me. Thank you are the first words out of my mouth every morning. I believe in the goodness of humanity. Yoga is my Zen. Being outside, preferably in the sunshine, fuels me. I’ve played golf since I was 16 and enjoy beautiful courses with friends or meeting new friends. My favorite way to start my day is with coffee on the beach, watching the sunrise; I strive to do this more often. While not exceptional at it, I enjoy dancing and singing with abandon. Yes. Finally, I am a rockstar aunt to twelve nieces and nephews whose lives I have impacted and influenced, and I am a mom to a precocious Havanese pup named Chauncey Sinclair.
