I am a licensed psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. I completed a one-year training on psychodynamic psychotherapy from the William Alanson White Institute in New York and is a past-President and current Secretary of the Southeast Florida Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
I specialize in helping high achievers overcome burnout and fine-tune their perfectionism. I am dedicated to helping women learn how to break free from the pressure to perform and explore their identity beyond the workplace - without sacrificing success and achievements.
I am exceptionally passionate about stories - both learning real people's stories as well as reading stories, especially fantasy and science fiction. One of my favorite things to do is to host murder mystery parties and to help people get engulfed in the story and the fun. Once a young girl who dreamed of being a time traveler, this proud nerd, millennial, and dog mom has managed to harness my passion for stories to help others write theirs.
