Hailing from New York and spending several years in Miami, I am an Executive Recruiter with just the right blend of Latin warmth and NYC hustle. I navigated through the Big 4 accounting world and commercial banking space for 10 years. Never quite at home with calling it my trade, I swapped my excel spreadsheets for a world map. After backpacking around the globe for a year and teaching English in South Korea for another, I landed back in New York City, this time falling in love with the world of recruiting. Having spent several years building authentic relationships with clients and candidates at a boutique staffing agency, I established Launch with the goal of making recruiting more about human connections rather than a transaction.

I began my career at a multi-national bank (HSBC) where I participated in its North American Leadership and International Executive Training and Development Program. I hold external audit experience at Ernst & Young, LLP as well as forensic and litigation support experience throughout my years in Big 4. I also spent time in an internal audit capacity at a global medical insurer (BUPA). I have a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.

I am happiest near the ocean, I spend my free time kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling, while dreaming up the next travel adventure.
