With a background as an Investment Manager, Lisa brings both strategic insight and heart to her work—connecting funders with nonprofits, developing capacity-building strategies, and fostering trust across community stakeholders. She challenges outdated approaches in the nonprofit world, advocating for transparency, authenticity, and deeper donor engagement. “I want to inspire and encourage everyone to find true happiness—not through the pursuit of limitless material wealth, but through the purpose and passion that comes from helping others.” The LAFRANCE PROJECT is on a mission to revolutionize the giving process, increasing funding across our local community with a focus on innovative, high-impact solutions.
