Before helping people have the best holiday at sea, throughout my professional career I’ve worked in multiple areas of the hospitality industry including restaurant management, nonprofits, special events, travel, and most recently cruise lines.

I attended Florida International University for a Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management, then received a Master’s degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State. I also received my Chief Happiness Officer Certification through FIU & the World Happiness Summit where I gained more knowledge about happiness practices and how to incorporate well-being tools and strategies in the workplace.

With a dedicated passion for self-improvement, I created a personal development blog, Generation Ziz to inspire young professionals to live and lead a life more empowered, aligned, and full of purpose.
