I was born in Nassau, The Bahamas on July 1, 1985, is a trailblazing leader and advocate for women in finance. With over 14 years of financial services experience, I excel in branding, leadership, and innovation. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of a global fintech brokerage, I champion transparency in trading and governance.

My extensive career includes roles in commercial and securities law, as well as executive positions in the financial sector. I am a licensed attorney in Florida and The Bahamas and have taught as an Adjunct Professor at the University of The Bahamas for 13 years.

My achievements include recognition in various professional organizations, such as Top 40 Under 40 Professionals and the United Kingdom's Black Women in Asset Management's 2023 Top 40 Under 40 List. I actively participates in organizations like Women in Derivatives, TechGC, and several bar associations.

In addition to my professional success, I am deeply committed to community service and serves on the Committee of Directors of the Bahamas Primary Student of the Year Foundation. I was also appointed the International Region Liaison to the Members Only Federal Credit Union by the National President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
